Power Coaching Session – Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 1st May 2025

By purchasing and booking a Power Coaching Session with Wendy Griffith of Wendy Griffith LTD. (referred to as “I”, “me”, or “my”), you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are here to protect both you and me, and to keep things clear, respectful and professional from the outset.

What’s Included

🟠 Power Coaching Session (single session)

A 45-minute 1:1 video coaching session, tailored to your chosen focus — either:

Wellness & Perimenopause Support, or

Marketing, Biz Strategy or Digital Coaching

Each session includes:

• A short pre-session questionnaire to help us get focused
• A 45-minute session via Zoom or Google Meet
• A personalised summary and action plan sent within 48 hours
• A session recording (available on request)

This session is designed to give you clarity, confidence and a focused next-step plan that supports your personal, wellbeing or business goals — with zero fluff or overwhelm.

🟠 Optional Add-On: 30 Days of Post-Session Support

Available as a paid upgrade at the time of booking or within 24 hours post-session.

This includes:

• Weekly check-ins via email or WhatsApp
• One 15-minute call or voice note check-in available during the 30 days (on request)
• Ongoing encouragement, accountability and answers to help you take action and stay on track
• Support is client-led. You’re responsible for booking or initiating your check-ins or follow-up.

Booking & Rescheduling

Your session is confirmed once full payment is received.

You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance at no extra charge.

If something comes up within 48 hours of your session, I’ll do my best to accommodate — but please note this may result in your session being forfeited. Time is precious, and I appreciate you honouring both of ours.

To make the most of your booking, please schedule your session within one calendar month of purchase. After this, the session may be forfeited, and cannot be held open indefinitely.

Cancellation Policy

All Power Coaching Sessions are non-refundable due to the time, energy and preparation involved in delivering a personalised experience.

This coaching session is designed to support your personal or professional growth — not replace medical, financial or legal advice.

For wellness/perimenopause sessions: I am not a doctor or medical provider. All recommendations are general in nature and should be reviewed with your healthcare professional.

For marketing and business coaching: I cannot guarantee financial results or business outcomes. Your progress will depend on your own decisions, effort, consistency and follow-through.

You are responsible for your own actions and outcomes following any session. My role is to guide, support and offer expert perspective based on my qualifications and experience.
