Full Build Package – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Full Build Package with Wendy Griffith LTD (“I”, “me”, “my”), you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure we work together in a clear, supportive and professional way.

1. What’s Included – Full Build (£697)

The Full Build Package is a complete setup designed to give you a refreshed brand, a clear offer, connected systems and a January-ready plan.

Your package includes:

Brand & Messaging
• Brand clarity and message refresh
• Ideal client outline
• Coaching pillars refined
• Clear 1–1 offer mapped out and ready to sell

Lead Magnet & Email Systems
• Lead magnet updated or fully designed
• Full Flodesk setup — forms, segments, welcome workflow
• Welcome email sequence written and loaded into Flodesk

Visuals & Templates
• Visual refresh (colour palette, fonts)
• Simple Canva templates for social posts

Systems & Tech Setup
• Full systems integration across:
– Flodesk
– Website platform (your existing site or one-page layout)
– Lead magnet
– Scheduling tool
– Booking/payment links
• Testing to ensure everything connects and runs smoothly

Client Journey & Launch
• Onboarding tools (client forms + welcome pack outline)
• Content pillars + cornerstone content mapped
• January content plan
• January launch strategy

What’s NOT included:

• Multi-page website build (this is part of the £997 package)
• Brand photoshoots
• Paid ads or SEO
• Ongoing monthly marketing
• Blog writing unless agreed separately
• Additional landing pages beyond the one-page layout

Any extra work outside scope can be quoted separately.

2. Upsells & Add-Ons

(Available at checkout or within 7 days)

30-Day WhatsApp Support (working hours)

Quick help, accountability, tech guidance.
Client must initiate contact.

Flodesk Training Session

A 60-minute walkthrough of how to use and update every part of your Flodesk setup.

3. Payment & Plans

• Your project begins once payment is received in full, or the first instalment is paid (if using a payment plan).
• Payment plans are processed monthly via Stripe.
• Missed payments may pause or stop delivery.
• All digital and service-based work is non-refundable once started.

4. Timelines

We’ll agree a realistic timeline together.
Please note: delays in providing content, approvals or system access may affect delivery dates.

If more than 30 days pass without communication from you, the project may be paused or closed. A restart fee may apply.

5. Your Responsibilities

To deliver your project effectively, you agree to:
• Provide required system access (Flodesk, website, scheduler, Canva)
• Complete questionnaires
• Approve drafts promptly
• Share accurate information for your brand and content
• Ensure any wellness-related claims align with your own qualifications

I cannot guarantee business, financial or health outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, consistency and follow-through.

6. My Responsibilities

I will:
• Deliver your Full Build Package with care and professionalism
• Communicate clearly throughout
• Provide guidance and support
• Keep your information confidential
• Build your systems to the highest standard within the agreed scope

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital, strategic and setup work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

8. GDPR & Data Privacy

All client information is stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR.

• You may request deletion of your data at any time

9. Legal Notes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
